According to an expose by the Epoch Times, the CDC has misled people with inaccurate data regarding negative vaccine side effects. Simultaneously Dr. Walensky affirms that mRNA vaccines do have a correlation with myocarditis – making it clear why keeping track of adverse events is important.
On September 2, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky wrote a letter to Senator Ron Johnson detailing that the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) consistently collects extensive data while conducting assessments in an effort to detect potential adverse events or safety signals. In particular, VAERS showed evidence of causal associations between thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome and Janssen’s COVID-19 vaccine as well as between myocarditis and mRNA COVID-19 vaccination.
In the same correspondence, Dr. Walensky revealed that in 2021, the CDC did not do an assessment of certain kinds of negative event reports whatsoever, although they had said before that they began this monitoring in February of that year.
