A few weeks ago, a new scientific review article titled “Strategies for reducing the risks of mRNA drug and vaccine toxicity” was published, piquing the interest of many. This article stands out from others discussing COVID-19 and vaccinations because it was not made readily available to the public, despite its significance. This has led to speculation about whether there is information in the review that should be kept hidden from the general public to avoid accountability.
Fortunately, through a close connection with access to all scientific articles, I was able to obtain the PDF file and conduct an analysis. What I discovered was eye-opening and raises important concerns about the safety of mRNA products like COVID-19 vaccines.
The review highlights that mRNA products are still relatively new and experimental, which inherently brings about unknowns and safety concerns. This is a crucial point made in the article – “The clinical use of mRNA in vaccines and drugs is relatively new, which raises important safety concerns that need to be addressed.”
Several key points are discussed in the review. Firstly, it is noted that mRNAs used to create functional proteins and lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) can potentially cause toxicities. Repeat dosing further raises concerns about toxicological effects. Additionally, nanoparticles present in vaccines may increase the severity of reactogenicity, leading to more serious side effects.
Furthermore, the review emphasizes the potential for allergic reactions caused by nanoparticles in susceptible individuals. This highlights the importance of thoroughly evaluating the allergic potential of these products. Nanoparticles can also trigger an exaggerated immune response upon exposure, requiring careful assessment of immune overactivity. Systemic complement immune responses can lead to inflammation and tissue damage, necessitating an in-depth evaluation of the potential for nanoparticle-induced inflammation.
One particularly interesting finding mentioned in the review is the unique effect of LNP-mRNA on the innate immune system through inflammasome activation. Inflammasomes are large protein complexes that play a major role in sensing inflammatory signals and triggering the innate immune response. Dysfunctional inflammasome activation and activity have been linked to various disorders. This suggests that the use of LNP-mRNA could have broader implications beyond immediate vaccine side effects.
The review also discusses the lack of data on two major issues that could have fatal consequences. Despite this, 70% of humans were coerced into using these products and essentially became lab rats. The absence of comprehensive data on these issues raises significant concerns about the safety and ethical considerations surrounding the widespread use of these mRNA-based therapies.
Toxicodynamics of extracellular LNP-mRNA is another area of concern raised in the review. Only a small percentage (1-2%) of LNP-mRNA enters cells, leaving the remaining 98% with potential pathogenic effects that are often overlooked. These particles can trigger unintended immune responses, particularly in the liver, where they tend to accumulate. The disintegration of these particles outside cells is poorly understood, and it may result in the production of toxic byproducts such as aldehydes.
Another important aspect highlighted in the review is the potential toxicity of particulate LNP-mRNA. Different mRNA cargos can affect the structure and function of LNPs, which can impact their safety and efficacy. Understanding how LNPs interact with biological components and how these interactions influence their behavior and interaction with cells and the immune system is critical in assessing their safety and efficacy.
In conclusion, this review confirms what some scientists have been warning about since 2020 – COVID-19 vaccines based on mRNA technology are experimental and come with significant unknowns and potential risks. The effects of LNP-mRNA on the body are still not fully understood, and the lack of comprehensive data on important safety issues is alarming. The publication of this review is commendable, as it sheds light on potential concerns. However, its limited accessibility suggests an attempt to suppress information that does not align with the prevailing narrative. It is crucial for the public to be aware of the risks associated with mRNA products and for further research to address these concerns.
