Professor Masanori Fukushima and a team of Japanese researchers announced during a press conference that they plan to take legal action against the Japanese government. This is because the Health Ministry has not yet recognized the connection between the vaccine and fatalities.
Prof. Fukushima stated that around April of last year, the pathology and forensics societies released a statement recommending that autopsies be performed on those who have died after receiving vaccinations. He also emphasized the need to quickly establish guidelines for medical treatment for individuals who have been harmed by vaccines and to develop diagnostic methods.
Fukushima stated that Japan's Health Ministry is not admitting that there is a causal relationship between the vaccine and deaths. The researchers from Japan have warned the government that they will file more lawsuits for covering up the harm caused by the COVID vaccine.
Fukushima said that even though pathological autopsies have been done on people who died after getting vaccinated, the Health Ministry is not admitting that the vaccine caused their deaths. If the Health Ministry doesn't change their position, Fukushima and their lawyers plan to file more lawsuits.
The Health Ministry should provide appropriate compensation to victims based on the vaccination law as stipulated by Japanese law. We demand that victims be compensated in accordance with this law.
When a reporter asked him what message he had for medical professionals who administer vaccines to their patients, he replied by saying he had one very clear message for both the Health Ministry and the medical professionals:
To determine if a vaccine is causing an illness, it is important to perform biopsy tests on individuals who are sick and suspected to have an illness from the vaccine. According to Prof. Fukushima, vaccinated individuals are four times more likely to be infected compared to unvaccinated individuals. Furthermore, mortality rates were found to be higher in vaccinated people of all ages. Due to the lack of evidence supporting vaccination and the state's concealment of inconvenient data, this has become a serious national crisis.
