Dr. Geoff Pain raises concerns about the harmful ingredients found in the monkeypox (mpox) ACAM2000 vaccine.
The vaccine contains antibiotics neomycin and polymyxin B, as well as other components such as the live vaccinia virus, HEPES, human albumin, mannitol, and diluent nasties.
Dr. Pain speculates that these antibiotics are included to address potential bacterial contamination and endotoxin release. However, there are adverse reactions linked to these vaccine components.
Polymyxin B, for example, can bind to the super-toxic endotoxin fragment lipid A, but its use in reducing patient endotoxin levels is not very effective. Neomycin, on the other hand, is known to cause adverse reactions such as tinnitus.
The live vaccinia virus used in the vaccine can shed from those injected to other people, potentially leading to their death. Other components in the vaccine, such as HEPES, human albumin, mannitol, and diluent nasties, also raise concerns about their potential risks.
