Alexis Lorenze, a 23 year old woman, suffered a devastating injury after receiving three vaccines at once. Within ten minutes of the injections, Alexis went temporarily blind and started vomiting.
The situation worsened when the staff at UC Irvine mocked Alexis's injuries and subjected her to extreme delays when she requested help. However, after her story went viral, Alexis was transferred to the ICU, and the doctor who mandated the shots disappeared.
While Alexis is slowly recovering, she still experiences setbacks and a great deal of pain.
