A college athlete at the time, MacKenzie Mitchell was expected to get vaccinated for COVID. While pitching at a practice, following two injections, MacKenzie fell multiple times. After another collapse, she “knew something was really wrong.” She was told by a neurologist that the shots had a role to play in these health scares, and MacKenzie went public with her story. By doing so, she connected with “hundreds of people” in similar situations.
